This wiki and the ticketing system use this account to send emails.\\ 

This email address is also used to process ticket email responses. Ticket-owner emails have the reply-to set to itserviceaccount@perry.k12.ok.us. The ticketing system is set to check this address every 60 seconds for ticket responses by their subject line, then inserts the user response as a ticket note and sends automated email notifications to the IT department.\\
