1) My laptop won't connect to the internet.
Reboot computer
If that doesn't work, unplug the power from your monitor for 10 seconds, then plug back in (black cable)
2) My laptop won't connect to my Smartboard / touch is not working.
Reboot computer
If that doesn't work, unplug the power from your monitor for 10 seconds, then plug back in (black cable)
If that doesn't work, reboot the Smartboard
If that doesn't work, unplug the Smartboard from the wall for 10 seconds, then plug back in
3) My charging cart isn't charging my Chromebooks / iPads.
The charging carts alternate charging between two banks of chargers. They will not all charge at the same time. Verify that some of your devices are charging.
If one specific cord never charges, please mark it in some way and submit a request for us to replace the charger.
