Frequently Asked Questions:
1) My laptop won't connect to the internet.
- Reboot computer
- If that doesn't work, unplug the power from your monitor for 10 seconds, then plug back in (black cable)
2) My laptop won't connect to my Smartboard.
- Reboot computer
- If that doesn't work, unplug the power from your monitor for 10 seconds, then plug back in (black cable)
- If that doesn't work, reboot the Smartboard
- If that doesn't work, unplug the Smartboard from the wall for 10 seconds, then plug back in
3) My charging cart isn't charging my Chromebooks / iPads.
- The charging carts alternate charging between two banks of chargers. They will not all charge at the same time. Verify that some of your devices are charging.
- If one specific cord never charges, please mark it in some way and submit a request for us to replace the charger.
