This wiki uses this account to send emails. It's also used as the inbox for ticket email responses, which is attached to a cronjob on the it.perrymaroons.com server to pass those user messages through to the database and contact the IT department with an email notification.
This email address is also used to process ticket email responses. Ticket-owner emails have the reply-to set to itserviceaccount@perry.k12.ok.us. The ticketing system is set to check this address every 60 seconds for ticket responses by their subject line, then inserts the user response as a ticket note and sends automated email notifications to the IT department.
